Over the course of 1 year, we supplied black metro porcelain tiles & Carrara metro porcelain tiles for the bathroom walls in 10x20cm size, Carrara hexagon honed marble mosaics & St Laurent hexagon honed marble mosaics for the bathroom floors.
The London Dock project is a high end development so naturally they were looking for products that reflected the nature of the project. At Ionic Stone, we were more than able to help to fulfil this need. Hexagons have become a popular innovative shape in the market, but having them in real marble really exudes glamour and sophistication. St Georges decided to have two bathroom options, one with the St Laurent hexagons and black metros and the other with the Carrara hexagons and Carrara metros. Clients were given the option between the two and the order was made accordingly.
The marble tiles were all manufactured in our own factory plant where we are able to produce a wide selection of bespoke materials, the facilities we have available at Ionic Stone meant we were able to work with St Georges to produce the tiles in the quantities that were required in an organised and timely fashion. As well as this, due to our strong relationship with various other suppliers, we were able to source the porcelain tiles from our overseas supplier network.
